2019 E-AHPBA Congress

June 2 - June 5

The 2019 E-AHPBA Congress will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands from June 3rd until June 5th.

Location: Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam

During the 2019 E-AHPBA the next DIPLOMA / E-MIPS meeting will take place.

Date: June 4th, 2019

Time: 3 pm until 4 pm

Location: Mendes da Costa Room, Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam (E-AHPBA venue).

The next Hands-on Workshop on Advanced Minimally Invasive Pancreatic Surgery will take place on the 5th and 6th of December, 2019 facilitated at the Amsterdam Skills Center near Amsterdam UMC, location AMC, Amsterdam.

Registration costs are as follows:
Surgeon 500,-
Fellow 350,-
Resident 250,-

On Thursday evening, an informal 3-course dinner (drinks included) will be organized. Dinner costs € 55,- per person. Please indicate your interest via the registration link.

5th DIPLOMA/E-MIPS Meeting at IHPBA, Geneva

We would like to thank all attendees for a very productive meeting on Thursday morning during the 2018 IHPBA congress in Geneva. Please find the minutes here: 5th DIPLOMA E-MIPS meeting IHPBA Geneva.


The study protocol for the E-AHPBA E-MIPS Registry was presented, followed by a good discussion to finalize the protocol. The expected start date of the pilot phase of the registry is November 1, 2018. Centers willing to participate can apply here.

The official starting date of the Registry is January 1, 2019.
